The first vintage of the revived estate (2013) won Decanter's \"Best of Show.\" This 2018 is 100% Sangiovese, hand-harvested and fermented for 10 days in temperature-controlled steel tanks followed by an 18-day post-fermentation maceration. The wine is aged 18 months in French oak barriques and refined 6 months in bottle.
