He trained alongside legends — Jean-Louis Chave and Stéphane Usseglio — and has scooped up incredible terroir including parcels in Saint-Joseph, Cornas (including the famed Reynard), Saint-Péray, and Condrieu. The Côte du Pouly is the family's best parcel of Syrah in Saint-Joseph, bottled on its own to mark the father-to-son transition. In the cellar, Thomas uses a mix of 228L, 400L, and 600L oak from Atelier Center France, plus concrete and stainless steel.
