Summer is finally in full swing over here at Good Clean Fun, and so is your July Wine Club box — brimming with chillable reds, pétillant natural sparklers, and mouthwatering orange wines to keep your glass clinking all month long. Whether you're lounging by the pool, hosting a backyard bash, or sneaking in a golden-hour solo sip, these wines are about to become your new favorites.
Let’s explore this month’s gems:
✨ Echeverria Wild Pét Nat 2022
Valle del Curicó, Chile – 13.7% ABV | Sparkling
We’re starting wild — literally. This juicy pét nat is pure party mode, with untamed bubbles and tropical flair. Think ripe pineapple, apricot, and a whisper of sea breeze. It’s refreshingly offbeat and perfect for your next impromptu rooftop toast. We also aboslutely love this fun label, and hope you will too!
🌸 Lise & Bertrand Jousset Rosé à Lies 2023
Loire Valley, France – 12.5% ABV | Sparkling Rosé
This wine is your ultimate brunch bubbles. This rosé pét nat is pretty in pink, yet full of surprises. Expect notes of wild strawberry, tart cherry, and a light brioche-y finish. Delicate but fun, like your favorite indie pop album on vinyl.
🍐 Nicolas Réau Attention Chenin Méchant 2023
Loire Valley, France – 11.5% ABV | White
Don’t let the “méchant” (naughty) in the name fool you — this is Chenin Blanc at its most charming (And it is personally one of my favorite white wines of the year). Bone-dry, citrusy, and a little chalky, this wine is basically sunshine in a glass with a mischievous wink.
🍊 François Ducrot Auguste 2023
France – 12.5% ABV | Orange
Calling all orange wine lovers! “Auguste” is all apricot skin, herbal spice, and soft tannins . It feels just like taking a hike through a Mediterranean herb garden at golden hour. Chill it down, pour generously, and let it evolve.
🐻 Matthieu Barret Petit Ours Rosé 2024
France – 13% ABV | Rosé
The “Little Bear” is back and better than ever. This organic rosé packs serious freshness with a backbone — watermelon, red currants, and a stony, mineral edge. It’s summer glou-glou with depth.
🌀 Rémi Pouizin Vice Versa 2023
France – 12% ABV | Chillable Red
Red and ready to chill — literally. This juicy, unoaked blend is playful and plush, with raspberry, plum, and a hint of wild thyme. Drink it slightly chilled with grilled veggies or pepperoni pizza. Zero snobbery, all fun.
🍇 Alexis Hudon Groseille 2023
France – 13% ABV | Red
A bright, lifted red named after redcurrants (groseilles), and that’s exactly what it tastes like — tart berries, fresh herbs, and a dash of funk. Pairs best with good friends and loud laughter.
🌼 Maison Stéphan Le Grand Blanc 2023
France – 12.5% ABV | White
A Rhône blend that wears linen suits and speaks five languages. Floral, fleshy, and a little spicy, this is your picnic white — elegant but not too serious, with pear, fennel, and subtle peach vibes.
🔶 Matthieu Barret J'aurai Ta Peau 2024
France – 12.5% ABV | Orange
Translating to “I’ll have your skin,” this is skin-contact sass in a bottle. Layers of orange rind, tea leaf, and soft salinity make this a food-friendly stunner. It’s daring, but delicious.
🍒 Roberto Henriquez País Franco 2021
Valle del Bío-Bío, Chile – 11.5% ABV | Chillable Red
Light, bright, and earthy — this País is Chile’s answer to Beaujolais. Wild berries, pink peppercorn, and a touch of funk make it ideal for warm nights and grilled anything. Serve it cool and gulp with joy.
🪨 Matthieu Barret Crozes-Hermitage La Bannière 2023
France – 13% ABV | Red
A Syrah that knows how to behave — but still has some edge. Black fruit, violets, and peppery grip meet silky tannins and sleek structure. This is the one you save (or not) for steak night.
💌 Final Sip: From Our Cellar to Your Summer
Whether you’re new to the club or a seasoned sipper, this month’s lineup is all about bold expressions, fun textures, and unfiltered joy. Don’t be afraid to get experimental — pair orange wines with tacos, chill your reds, and pop a pét nat “just because.”
Cheers to July, and cheers to you. 🍷
