Region: Asti, Piedmont, Italy (Moscato d'Asti DOCG)
Grapes: 100% Moscato Bianco
Body: Light
Notes: Delicate and dreamy. Fresh peach, apricot blossom, orange zest, honeysuckle, and a gentle sweetness balanced by bright acidity and a whisper of fine bubbles. The most elegant way to end a meal — or start one.
Pairing: Fresh fruit tarts, almond biscotti, panna cotta, mild soft cheeses, or just dessert on its own without overthinking it.

Luisi Moscato d'Asti is a delicately sparkling dessert wine from the Moscato d'Asti DOCG — one of Italy's most storied and distinctive appellations, centered in the Canelli hills of southern Piedmont where Moscato Bianco has been cultivated since the Renaissance. Unlike the fuller, more vigorous Asti Spumante, Moscato d'Asti is frizzante rather than spumante — gently sparkling, low in alcohol at around 5.5% ABV, and naturally sweet from the partial fermentation of the grape's intensely aromatic must. Luisi is a small family producer working with Moscato Bianco grown on the steep, chalky hillside vineyards of the Asti zone, fermenting at low temperatures in sealed tanks to preserve the grape's extraordinary floral and stone fruit aromatics. The 2024 harvest in Piedmont was warm and aromatic, producing Moscato of exceptional fragrance and natural sweetness. Serve well chilled — ideally in the last moments of a good meal, or the first moments of a lazy afternoon.

What is natural wine?

Natural wine is wine made with minimal intervention from the winemaker, using organically or biodynamically grown grapes and without the addition of chemicals or additives such as sulfites. The result is a wine that is unique, expressive, and often has a more complex and nuanced flavor profile than conventional wines. Natural wine is also often associated with sustainable and ethical farming practices, making it a popular choice for those interested in environmentally friendly and socially responsible products.
