The Alentejo is Canyon Coffee’s answer for drinkers who want a darker, fuller cup without the harshness of an over-roasted coffee. Inspired by classic Italian espresso, it brings together nougat, milk chocolate, and Brazil-nut flavors in a smooth, comforting profile that stands up beautifully to milk. Brew it as espresso for a traditional chocolate-and-nut expression, or use it in a drip machine or French press when you want a richer morning cup. This certified organic coffee is currently sourced from Churupampa, Peru, and sold in a 12 oz whole-bean bag roasted in Los Angeles.

What is natural wine?
Natural wine is wine made with minimal intervention from the winemaker, using organically or biodynamically grown grapes and without the addition of chemicals or additives such as sulfites. The result is a wine that is unique, expressive, and often has a more complex and nuanced flavor profile than conventional wines. Natural wine is also often associated with sustainable and ethical farming practices, making it a popular choice for those interested in environmentally friendly and socially responsible products.
