"Titus" is Chiorri’s dedicated expression of Grechetto—Umbria’s most celebrated white grape variety. Sourced from estate vines growing in clay-limestone soils, the hand-harvested fruit undergoes a brief cold maceration prior to pressing to extract aromatics, body, and the variety's signature light phenolic grip.
