Sourced from old-vine Chenin Blanc grown in Mendocino County — one of California's last remaining strongholds of the variety — the grapes are farmed organically and harvested by hand from vines that are old enough to produce the kind of concentrated, complex fruit that gives Chenin its legendary character.
