About the winemaker: and of natural wines with the presumption of interpreting and remembering a territory. Our friendship with winemakers who share a common goal of producing real wines has allowed us to get to know the world of natural wine, which immediately proved to be interesting because it respects the natural balances that surround us and are often ignored.
We are Andrea and Paola and we decided to create this company by listening to our passion for the land and our desire to "go back to the origins" of farmers and winemakers for generations. The company covers an area of 13 hectares, 5 of which are planted with vines. The conformation of the clay loam soil and the exposure of our vineyards give us warm, tannic, balanced wines with complex aromas. The vines present are mainly autochthonous such as Bonarda, Barbera, Ortrugo, Malvasia di Candia Aromatica and Ancellotta.
From the very beginning We've strongly believed in the biological choice, so since 2022 we've become biodynamic. Our philosophy can be summed up in one sentence: "Let's go back to the roots", which allows us to work in the cellar as well as in the vineyard, with the simplicity that our fathers and grandfathers passed on to us. We use concrete tanks for spontaneous fermentations which happen thanks to indigenous yeasts, while for the refinement we use oak barrels, which allow wines to enhance our terroir traits. Bottles produced in 2022 are 20,000.

What is natural wine?
Natural wine is wine made with minimal intervention from the winemaker, using organically or biodynamically grown grapes and without the addition of chemicals or additives such as sulfites. The result is a wine that is unique, expressive, and often has a more complex and nuanced flavor profile than conventional wines. Natural wine is also often associated with sustainable and ethical farming practices, making it a popular choice for those interested in environmentally friendly and socially responsible products.
