Founded in the 1980s by Antonella and Marco, the estate was built on a commitment to ecological farming and preserving indigenous grape varieties without synthetic chemicals. Today, joined by their children, the family produces natural wines and organic grape juices with total respect for soil biology. "John Doe" is Folicello’s aromatic, skin-contact orange expression made entirely from Malvasia dell'Emilia grown in organically farmed alluvial soils.
