Hand-harvested at peak freshness, the grapes undergo gentle pneumatic pressing and independent fermentations in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks to retain maximum fruit purity and bright natural acidity. The wine matures entirely in stainless steel on its fine lees without malolactic fermentation. The 2025 vintage bursts with crisp citrus and floral aromatics, balanced by an elegant, rounded palate and a long, refreshing finish.
